Executive with a solid track record in leading businesses across a Mining and Infrastructure sectors. Served as CFO for a major infrastructure company, leading the expansion in the market as well as a 75% gain in share price during his tenure. Carlos has also worked at Jaguar Mining, Capim Caulim Mining and Brazil Agro Fertilizer Company. With over 30 years of experience, he combines strategic vision, P&L management, and a strong track record of results in large multinational companies.
Sandro Guerra

Executive with over 25 years of experience in the mining, heavy construction, steel, infrastructure, and heavy equipment sectors. He has held senior leadership positions at companies such as Bamaq Máquinas, Brasif Máquinas, ESCO Corporation, Caterpillar, and Grupo Recanorte, leading large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams.
His expertise includes business strategy, operations and P&L management, business expansion, after-sales and rental services, marketing, and business intelligence—always with a focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and financial results.
He holds a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering (PUC Minas), an MBA in Business Management (FGV), and an International Executive E-MBA (FDC).
