Served as Vice President of Minova for South America, leading the integration of an acquired Brazilian company, expansion into new markets (Peru, Colombia and Argentina), and achieving 60% growth in the first year post-acquisition. At Voith, structured and consolidated the Mining & Metals division in Brazil, turning losses into profits and achieving a 70% increase in sales in the first year. Also worked at Caterpillar Global Mining as Sales Manager, responsible for major strategic accounts and recognized as a global talent within the organization. With over 20 years of experience, he combines strategic vision, P&L management, and a strong track record of results in large multinational companies.

His expertise includes business strategy, operations and P&L management, business expansion, after-sales and rental services, marketing, and business intelligence—always with a focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and financial results.
He holds a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering (PUC Minas), an MBA in Business Management (FGV), and an International Executive E-MBA (FDC).
